Y. Jessica Steele, PAC, is a certified Physician Assistant who provides comprehensive, patient centered urologic care as part of the UroPartners team. She has been caring for patients with urologic conditions since completing her graduate training and is committed to delivering thoughtful, coordinated care in both office and hospital settings.

Jessica earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she developed a strong academic foundation in the sciences.

She works closely with UroPartners physicians to support patients throughout their care journey and currently holds surgical privileges at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, St. Alexius Medical Center, and Alexian Brothers Medical Center. Patients value her approachable manner, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Conditions Treated

Jessica assists in the evaluation and management of a wide range of adult urologic conditions, including:

  • Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH / enlarged prostate)
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Urinary frequency, urgency, and discomfort
  • Kidney stone symptoms and follow up care
  • Hematuria (blood in the urine)
  • Bladder and urinary concerns in adult men and women
  • General urologic conditions

She collaborates closely with the physician team to ensure timely diagnosis, continuity of care, and appropriate follow up.

As a Physician Assistant, Jessica provides nonsurgical urologic care and supports office based and hospital services, including:

  • Comprehensive urologic evaluations and follow up visits
  • Pre and post operative patient care
  • Inpatient urology support and hospital rounding
  • Medication management for urologic conditions
  • Diagnostic testing coordination and review
  • Patient education and counseling

Her role helps improve access to care while ensuring patients feel informed and supported at every step.
